Growing Medical Marijuana
Hey so I have a doctors recommendation in Orange County and I was wondering how many plants can I grow legally? How do I go about becoming a Caregiver for others so I can grow more plants? if i have an apartment is it allright to grow there? Anyone who is a medical patient and knows a lot about rules on growing please help.

is that 6 and 12 at the same time or is it 6 flowering or 12 immature but not both at the same time
