What's the deal with medical marijuana in Massachusetts. A couple of my buddies said its possible to get a card here. Is this true? I haven't been able to find anything about it searching the internet and as far as I'm concerned it isn't true. Hopefully you guys can prove me wrong.

I know its decriminalized. So if you get caught with somewhere about up to an ounce its nothing but a $100 fine

The only credentials I have good sir, is that I am a resident of the Bay State. And currently, medical marijuana is not yet legal, though legalization is always being kicked around in MA legislature. Unfortunately, the only way to get one's fingers on the devils lettuce is under bridges, in living rooms, cars, restaurants, churches, schools, sidewalks, cops.

True, but some cities have recriminated the green. Cuffs and all. Apparently Quincy and Methuen cops don't fuck around.

I can't find anything, besides baseball bat attacks in the area? There seems to be something on Norml, but as usual for Norml's annoying website, navigation is impossible. edit-finally got it to work, and its from Jan.
Anybody? Local paper that is not keyworded correctly prehaps?
