What is causing the decline of the UK NHS is, in part at least, deliberate, to undermine public funded health care for the purpose of paving the way to privitisation. Such dirty politics of politics and underhanded practices of sabotage should have no place when it comes to people's healthcare.
People must be educated, informed and free to choose whichever care they deem best for themselves after recieving as best information and advice as can be afforded for them, regardless of profit.
Competition to make money should not be a consideration for any management of healthcare. Only the patients' needs, health, and the health of all people (arguably, all life) should be the concern.

This will of course mean the best training and education available, and the requested support for all methods.
