Cali Med Patient. Plant Limit Legal Help

how do i make 18 plants legal? i have 4 friends that are going to give me copies of their rec's. if i post those up will that be legally correct in the small chance i do get raided

I would also label each plant with the the patient's names.

And you may wish to obtain copies of the recommendations of your clients that stipulate how many plants they can grow. The plant limit in most counties is actually based upon what your DOCTOR recommends. IF there are no limits specified, then, IIRC , it's based on the county maximums (mostly 6 mature, 12 immature, but will vary).

Check with the NORML site link in the stickies, it should tell you how many you can have in your area, then check your recommendation itself. You may even be able to have your doctor specify that your needs are such that 18 plants at any given time is appropriate.
