Although the administrators and moderators of Grasscity.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Grasscity.com or Jelsoft Enterprises Limited (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. It is strictly prohibited to post any message related to drug-exchange, trafficking or drug-dealing. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FORUM

By posting information and/or material including - but not limited to - text, sounds, data, photos and images ("Material") on the Forum, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions Forum").

Article 1 - General

1. You acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for all Material posted by you on the Forum and that your use of the Forum is entirely at your sole risk.
2. You acknowledge and guarantee that by using this service you have reached the age of 18 years.
3. You acknowledge that Grasscity.com has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any Material posted on the Forum by other users. You agree that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
4. Your use of this service is subject to all applicable national and international laws and regulations.


Article 2 - Obligations users

1. You agree that you will not post any Material on the Forum that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, fraudulent, indecent, vulgar, obscene, libelous, that may be invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, in any way connected with child pornography sex, or otherwise objectionable.
2. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or host or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Material posted on the Forum.
3. You further agree not to post any Material for any business or commercial purpose.
4. You agree not to post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, any form of lottery of gambling, or any other form of solicitation on the Forum.
5. You also agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users of this service.
6. You further agree not to post any Material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any party.
7. You further agree not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in this service.


Article 3 - Rights Grasscity.com

1. Grasscity.com does not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the Material posted on its Forum. However, Grasscity.com reserves the right at its sole discretion
(a) to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Forum, or parts of it, and/or
(b) to edit, or require you to edit, Material posted on the Forum, if in Grasscity.com.s judgment the Material concerned does not comply with these Terms and Conditions Forum, in case of requests by law enforcement and/or unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
2. Grasscity.com is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such Material. You acknowledge and agree that Grasscity.com may preserve Material and may also disclose Material if required to do so by law or in the good faith believes that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with legal process;
(b) respond to claims that any Material violates the rights of third-parties; or
(c) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Grasscity.com, its users and the public.


Article 4 - Intellectual Property Rights

1. You hereby guarantee that the Material posted by you on the Forum is original and does not contain anything which infringes the intellectual property rights of any party.
2. You agree that the Material submitted or made available by you will not be treated as confidential or proprietary.


Article 5 - Warranties

* Grasscity.com disclaims all warranties of any kind as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Forum or as to the accuracy or reliability of any Material obtained through the Forum.


Article 6 - Liability

* In no event shall Grasscity.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering of the Website or this service be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any direct and indirect damages, resulting from your use of the Forum.


Article 7 - Indemnification

* You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grasscity.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering of the Website or this service against any and all claims of third parties based on the assertion that your use of this service, including the Material you post, transmit or make available through the Forum, infringes upon the rights of a third party.


Article 8 - Miscellaneous

1. Grasscity.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions Forum at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon either posting of the modified Terms and Conditions Forum or by notification to you.
2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions Forum is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have any effect on any other provision of these Terms and Conditions Forum, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
3. These Terms and Conditions Forum are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The district court in Amsterdam has the exclusive jurisdiction regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions Forum.

In addition to the registration rules and the terms and conditions, by posting, you agree to follow these additional rules/clarifications provided by the Forum Administrator:

ADDITIONAL RULES/CLARIFICATIONS

1. Signature Limits: All signatures should not exceed the following size limits.

• For text in signatures: 4 lines normal size or 8 lines small size and up to 90 characters per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.

• For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and no more than 20k in size.

• For quotes in signatures: If using a quote from a post, only one quote is allowed.

*Animated signatures, avatars and profile pictures are not allowed.
*You can choose text, an image or a quote from a post for your signature. You can't use a combination of them.

2. Posting porn and nudity is not allowed. This also includes links to porn. Note: Artwork containing nudity that is posted within The Artist’s Corner will be allowed at the discretion of the Administrators.

3. Please refrain from posting meaningless threads and one word (or short) nonsense posts. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not tolerated.

4. Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations is not allowed.

5. Discussion of violence, theft, drug trafficking and the usage of guns is not allowed.

6. Threads or posts pertaining to hooking up are not allowed. You can't use our forums for any type of transactions, especially those relating to drugs.

7. Advertising and posting links to competitors are not allowed. It's fine to post an occasional interesting link to another website, within the context of a thread's topic. If you have your own website, you cannot put the URL in your profile or display it in your signature; to do so would be advertising.

8. We ask that you refrain from posting in all caps. So-called "Yelling" will be deleted from the forums.

9. Only one user account per each member is allowed. If you are placed on a temporary ban, making an additional account will lead to a permanent ban.

10. Please refrain from posting about getting animals or children high.

11. Descriptions are listed for each forum so please post in the appropriate forums. Repeatedly posting topics in forums that aren’t appropriate for the topic is not tolerated.

12. Please be aware of the information that you to provide to other members. Posting advice that can harm others will not remain in the forums. This includes dosage information in reference to other drugs.

13. Posting tutorials on how to make other drugs is not allowed.

14. Trolling is not tolerated. This includes posting arguments, flames or personal attacks for no other purpose than to annoy other members or disrupt a discussion.

15. Posting private messages, emails or chats from another member within the open forums is not allowed. Posting another person’s private information, including pictures, is also not allowed.

16. Discussing the moderating actions of an Administrator, Super Moderator or Moderator within the open forums creates unnecessary drama and is not tolerated. Please send a private message to ReformMaryJaneLaws, if necessary.



Note: All rules apply to Blogs, Photo Galleries, Social Groups, Visitor Messages, Private Messages and messages left within the Reputation System.

Administrators, Super Moderators and Moderators are here to help you but also keep in mind their decisions are final. They have the power to ban members and alter/delete posts as they feel necessary to protect the forums and the interest of Grasscity.com.

Information you need to know regarding your user account:

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR USER ACCOUNT

After you have registered a User Account with Grasscity.com's community, there is no way for you to delete the account on your own.

According to the Terms and Conditions listed above you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for all material posted by you on the forum and that your use of the forum is entirely at your sole risk.

There's a time limit on editing and deleting threads/posts and we won't do a mass-deletion of your threads/posts simply upon request. These guidelines assist with maintaining the integrity of the forum as a whole.

Therefore, it is highly suggested that you please be aware of what you post within the forum. If you have a reason to be concerned about your security or online reputation, then you need to take the necessary precautions to make sure you are safe. It is not our responsibility if you post something and then later decide that you are worried that it will come back to haunt you. In the end, this is the World Wide Web; when you post your activities, you're basically posting them for the whole world to see. Please take your security into your own hands and make wise decisions when posting if you have any reason to be concerned.

Also, we do not change user account names. If you made an account and decide you don't like that name, you'll have to register again with a new user account and then send me a private message asking to have your original user account deleted. Per the rules, each member is only allowed to have one user account.
