Wow, this has to be one of the best posts I've read in a long time. It really explains this whole situation in one perfect, logical statement. I especially like the bolded part. I truly do have faith in science, but humans run the scientific community and humans are flawed. We have spent billions of dollars and decades of research trying to "find" a cure for cancer and many other diseases, and what do we have? Shitty treatments that barely work. Chemotherapy kills more people than it saves. This is what our billions and decades have gone in to? It makes you think that they don't want to find a cure, and that very well might be the case.

You're right LegalizeHerb. It's not just cancer, hemp oil seems to cure anything! It's no surprise considering how huge the endocannabinoid system is in our bodies. I can't wait until hemp oil is widespread and people start seeing how truly amazing this medicine is. It's going to revolutionize the world in ways even I can't imagine, and things will be really good. The fusion of man and nature... how can that not be fantastic?

No, it's not i'm sceptic, i don't know, that's all.
Thrust but verify... I will have soon the pleasure to verify by myself.
In fact why not?
Behind that (must be checked twice), i only point that cannabis is already an important weapon against cancer.

Even the not politically correct high property.

I do not doubt of nutritional qualities neither and it's also a big part of cancer fighting.

I'm even ready to accept there's some other more directly active good effects to study.
And i personally use cannabis in different ways. It helps me a lot! For many things.

I don't know your doctors, but doctors i know are here to help and that's all.
They say to use cannabis even if it's illegal even to say it where i live.
They take some risks using all what is possible to use.
They take some risks saying there's an environmental and some poisoning problems in our societies to
families touched by cancer.
And they research permanently.

But sorry i do not believe there's a panacea of any kind in this universe.
We must face the truth. We always want more.

The fact is what is good, is enough to win the fight.
If there's more then why not, but check check check re-check and reverify, study a lot before any attempt to say THAT'S TRUE!

Because if it's not true, if there's even a little involuntary interpretation error someone will try to use it to break this hard work world wide... I mean... legalise.

You know, if it really works, i am concerned.
My uncle was killed by a cancer. he was 35
My mother was killed by a terrific painfull cancer, she was 45
My cousin just go out of a hodgkin's disease to fall in a lung cancer... 25 years old
And so on...
I just have a very painfull surgery (not a cancer) and my organism reject pain-killers and anti-inflammatory. At this point my stomach not accept food anymore. And all in all i'm a candidate for cancer as it seems to be genetic in my familly.

Believe me, we know cannabis, even my mother who was in her life a very conservative person.
And i would be happy if it's all true.
But if some cure are not cannabis and works i'm happy too.

My activism is only to say there's no reason to make a powerfull medical and quite HARMLESS plant illegal and fuck the morality question up. <--- yeah that's better, sorry i'm not english and i had switch harmless for harmful first.

So, cannabis is quite Harmless.

Use it with wisdom... whatever it might mean...

Do you know how many people die every year from cannabis? the answer is 0. do some research on some real medical sites that are widely known throughout the medical community, as well as well known medical journals, I suggest reading some articles in the Lancet, Which is one of the most highly respected medical journals in the WORLD.

Cannabis is ONLY illegal because the timber industry ran a fear campaign against it because they were afraid it would replace wood as the main source of paper.

Yeah, fracturtle's post was extremely well written and explains how ridiculous this situation is. There is so much evidence in favor of hemp oil, and just because it is not "scientific" doesn't mean it isn't valid.
