Sounds like a waste of time, how can your doctor even know if it beneifits you or not?
I reccomend looking into a different doctor, and explaining how your previous doctor refused to give you teh meds you needed.

Look, a good relationship with a shrink is like being married, you two have to be able to get along! Fighting about something won't help you! Just how big of an issue is this between you two? Is it going to get in the way of your recovery? Just because she's "good people" does not necessarily make her the best choice for you- are you making progress?

Time for you to ask YOURSELF some hard questions!

If you are happy with her, stay and go see the pot doc!

If not, see a pot doc and look for her replacement.

Within your next few appointments, begin to exhibit symptoms of mental breakdown and anxiety.

When these "issues" become apparent to your shrink and she wants to delve more into the subject, begin explaining that you're "not sure where it came from" and that "it started happening when I stopped smoking."

The thing here is that in some patients is does exacerbate anxiety and in some patients it doesn't, it actually helps. Kind of like giving speed (ritilin) to hyperactive people. Anxiety is not fun. Why would you want to make it worse? She should understand that.

The answer: they cant. They can make a generalized statement though based on surveys.

What you need to say to the higher up guy is that "Anxiety is a subjective thing. Smoking medical marijuana helps with my anxiety. I cant prove this because there is no way to. Just like a the best scientist in the world couldnt prove it makes your anxiety worse.

I've noticed that I experience the opposite of what most people do as far as Anxiety and specific strains is concerned.

Strains that people say are "Too racy" or "Made my heart race out of control" actually _drop_ my anxiety levels and allow me to focus on what I'm doing.

I would point out that nearly every study had been done with "Weed" and not much has been done with specific strains for specific things until recently. (At least no where near the scale they are now)

It's been a long road for me to find strains that work the best for my symptoms but the end result is so well worth the effort that it's crazy. Light night and day.

No pharmaceuticals for me anymore.

Just the way I like it.

Alright guys, going in friday morning. I'm thinking of pulling the route
of feeling it's totally unethical for me to have to argue MY experience
with MY anxiety and MY brain, especially when i know how well it works
(for me).

Then, if she's down, then we're all good and she's still my shrink.

if she is not down, well, i have an appointment at medicann in november
