I'm from THCF and I have also had a very hard time getting ahold of any of the caregivers on the dispensary sheet.

The few that i have gotten ahold of want a membership fee and an orientation.

I've had my MMJ for a little while now and i have never had any problems...why cant THCF give out a list of providers anymore?

Technically, there is no way to operate a true dispensary in Washington. This is due to the fact that the law states that a caregiver can only provide to one patient at a time. In Spokane they circumvented the requirement by having the patient-caregiver relationship start when a patient entered the store and terminated when the patient left the store. I believe they were recently raided, however, and I don't see legal dispensaries in Washington functioning unless the law is altered.

I just received my mmj card, can anyone help me in finding some medicine? I live in puyallup, but will travel to get quality medicine! Any help with a list of dispensaries will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

One of the dispensaries in Spokane got raided and the rest were sent letters asking them to close until the one made it's way through the courts.

Write to your state level representatives and tell them this is an important issue for you.
Free the medicine!

Im Medical and there are dispensaries in Washington but u have to register with the lawyers and be recommended by there doctor to get in and the I have is kinda weak and way on the east side so its hard to get to

Yes thanks to Washington's law being so vague and unhelpful, the poor person probably feels helpless. Spokane Had a number of dispensaries, but they have been getting shut down by the police. If you are near Olympia, you might try the Patient's Resource Center, Olympia Patient Resource Center while you can't get it there you can be hooked up with other patients and you can work out details from there. Instead of looking for the dispensaries, you might be better off looking for patient support groups.
