How does one make canna-oil? I know about butter, but have never heard of someone infusing cannabis with oil.

Cannabis Pizza

Ingredients
1 oven-ready pizza
1 ounce cannabis
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions
Using a coffee grinder, grind the cannabis to a fine powder. Sprinkle cannabis evenly over pizza and cover with cheese. Follow the directions on the package of the pizza, but turn the temperature down by 25º F and cook a couple minutes more than recommended.

is it really that simple?

You would make oil the same way as making butter. You would put your oil into your crock pot, put your trim/bud in the oil and set on low for 16-36 hours.

Yes. It is really that simple. Works very well. Also works if you make your own pizza dough, you put the ground herb in the crust before baking.

Has anyone actually tried any of these recipes yet? Any success stories back? I've tried most of them so I know they work for me, what about y'all?

Not only is the oil good in recipes but it's nice to use topically, on sore or achy body parts. It smells initially but after you rub it in the smell goes away. If you don't like the smell, you can always add in some smelly herbs like lavender, peppermint, etc.

I never tried that. Do you think the butter would work the same? You know what, I'll go do it RIGHT NOW at 1:34PM (Pacific Coast) on 10/13/2008 and report back in a little bit on how well it works. I'm actually going to start a new thread about it if it works so watch out.

so did the oil work? i am very interested. is this the same way rick simpson cure for cancer guy does it, just cook it like regular cannaoil??

Haha! Oh man I forgot about that. Yes it worked. It is not the same way the Rick Simpson does it to cure cancer. This is just cooking oil. You want to make sure that ALL of the plant matter is strained out (I made that mistake and had dried pot in my leg hair for 3 days). Just take the oil, enough to get your fingers wet, and rub it where you have an ache. It takes about 20 minutes but I definitely didn't have any pain in my knees when I did it. I ended up getting stoned on top of it so I definitely forgot to make the thread haha!
