The last few bags I've got have been from 2 different people, both with medical cards, and I have one as well. I have been wondering if there is a law in California against patients buying their medicine from other patients..

Anyone know?

If they aren't caregivers, I think its still illegal. If they "gift" it to you with no money changing hands, thats a different story.

It just needs to be a gift and donation system as long as your all medical users.
