Conan O'Brien and A Medical Pot Discussion
Anyone watching Conan? Anthony Anderson was just on. Some how pot got brought up. He admitted he was a patient. It was kinda disgraceful how he was talking about it. He basically explained how he lied to the doc to get the rec (saying he has glaucoma) and how he baked brownies for non medical patients. He is a comedian and I understand he needs to be funny but people like that are what is the driving force for the argument against medical marijuana. I dont know...I just dont like it when people are basically bragging how they are taking advantage of the system. I know countless people do but they need to be discreet about it. Thats my rant for the night. Maybe its not as big of a deal as I am making it seem but things like this frustrate me. A final thought, I dont think he has glaucoma just by observation but if he does I apologize and will feel like somewhat of a jackass.

I agree man, you never see anyone get up there and say they lied to their doc to get opiates or that they give their prescription meds away to friends, but that happens all the time.

For some reason people don't take marijuana seriously, but the DEA does.

I registered and I'm making this post because I was so shocked by Anthony Anderson. I've been trying to surf the net to figure out if this shit was real or not. Was it just a joke? I couldn't believe the stuff he said... If it wasn't a joke, he has to get busted for this, right?

i dont know if he was serious or not but ive seen/heard a few comedians who do actually need mmj joke about not really needing it. who knows though . pretty stupid to even joke about giving it to non-patients though
