Prop. 215/SB 420 Question

Is there a limit to where you can medicate? I asked my doctor this the day he wrote me my reccomendation, and he said it was a judgement call, and that you technically can medicate in public places.

Anyone know anything about this? I'm sure if I spark up a joint at a park or pool or something, its not going to look to good. But if I'm completely protected by state law, then thats a different story.

How is it lame he might want to spark up outside and enjoy himself.

I would love being able to help my depression with medical marijuana, but due to my position it wouldn't look professional on my records.

You smoke weed, do you want to be confined to your house and hiding outside, me personally i like being outside smoking, sends off better vibes.

Also, stick to smoking bans that apply to cigarettes accordingly.

i medicate in public often i would say be discreet when needed. also have your dr rec on you in your wallet. But i often bike around the city while smoking a joint.

You shouldn't medicate near a school or government building. So just use common sense when lighting up in public.
