smokin herb aint gonna make ya lose weight..its all about what the person eats..i work out as well and if your trying to gain some muscle mass eat 4 eggs every morning (i drink myne raw in a glass) and eat either steak or chicken every night..guranteed to gain musle its been workin AWSOME for me. And yes smoke grass after a workout...i mean ive tried it while i was workin out but theres not much of a point to it...look at it as a reward after a nice workout an then eat that chicken man!!!

gaining mass relatively straight forward
its all about 1 what you eat (also how you sleep, when you eat, etc. nutrition is a good general way to talk about it) 2. your genetics 3. what your gym routines look like 4. the suppliments you are on. if smoking weed is going to help/make you eat more, its going to make/help you gain mass, etc etc. dont think too hard or medicalize this sort of thing. you see it all too often around here. |

Five years ago or so, I decided I would try my hand at lifting. My goal to get as big as possible, as fast as possible. Ive been a regular smoker since around 21 or so, Im currently 37. I went from say 160/70 to 229 in fourteen months, smoking the entire time with no adverse reaction at all. If anything, in my opinion it helps. I could slap on my ipod, cool my brain, start my workout and be in the zone, just ripping and tearing my muscles to shit, really focusing on every rep. Also rule no 1 to any workout, is proper diet set to your personal goals. There is where the munchies come in as previously stated. Its best to eat many small meals a day versus two or three big ones, so its not how much you eat, its what you eat.
