Pot Vending Machine Stolen by DEA
Apparently the DEA busts into the medical marijuana shop and breaks all the glass, grab the vending machine and jet.

The key words here are "stolen" and "vandalized."
Federal "criminals/thugs" is what the DEA are, let's call a spade a spade. The dispensaries should sue the feds for their damaged and stolen property.
If the state law doesn't trump the fed, than why do we have it?

God damn it! I'm so sick of having to hear about this every few months. The DEA has NO right to do something like this. I don't care what laws they magically come up with, a legitimate business is a legitimate business, hands down, without exception. It sickens me to think there's a government funded agency looking to spread their own "message", when it clearly is not wanted and completely unnecessary.

Nah it doesnt have anything to do with interstate commerce because that deals with business between differant states not just inside of one. Technically a state can pass any law it wants as long as it doesnt directly conflict with a federal law or a constitutional admendment
