Damn man this shit sucks...I just read the article and maybe it's because I'm a little high but I don't completely understand it. I mean I understand what is happening but not necessarily why. Is it his insurance company that's denying him a transplant or the hospital? I hope it's not the hospital..

most likely its the insurance company (didnt read the article :P ) but they are paid to find anything against the patient that might "hinder" the operation so the insurance company wont have to pay for an expensive operation. Remember..these companies would rather see you die than see you with their money.
