Is it possible to get a MMJ card, with no parent involvement?
Just wondering,

I still live at home, and the parents disagree with weed, so I was wondering - If it would be plausible to get a MMJ card without any chance of the parents finding out?

What is the process?

Can you basically just schedule an appt with a doctor who gives MMJ cards, and then get one?

I ask mainly b/c Im insured with my parents - So until I get my own insurance then Whats the deal with all that?

ETA: I am 18, but still in HS and thus heavily involved with my parents, and live at home....

Well mmj isn't insured by any insurance company, so you have to pay out of your own pocket. So why do you need a mmj card for?

The appointment will cost you 100-200 dollars, so be prepared to have some method of paying that (I dont think doctors offices take cash).
Other than that, you're fine.

Don't get one unless you actually need it. Your the reason that it is still illegal. Dont abuse the medical cannabis laws.

agreed. i could have gotten one but i thought it was unnecessary
