zoloft and marijuana

It takes way more then two days dude.

I am on 150 Mg. of Zoloft, and after 2 months, I am a whole new person. I have Panic and Anxiety disorder, give it time, it works, but also, don't sit around, you need to go out and see it work.

My friends have noticed huge changes in me.

I started on like 25 mg, and my psychologist and I uped it till I got to the perfect point.

I have panic attacks when I am away from my "comfort zone". I have panic attacks if I don't take my meds.

However, its usually when I forget to take them, have a panic attack, then wonder why, then remember I did not take my meds.

But my life has improved wonderfully with a great psychologist, and Zoloft balancing me out chemically.

What I mean is, I didn't like dealing with new people, but I slowly started becoming more outgoing. Still kind of introverted, but I am better about it now.

yea my psych says 25mg for the first 4 days and then i up to 50 on my own, so i just say 50 cause it will be in 2 days.

Nope, well I am going back on Concerta for my ADD.

My Panic Disorder is genetic, and well traced back to my Grandfather. Its part of who I am, and I accepted it.

Don't be afraid to tell your Psychologist the truth, because thats the only way they can help you.

They can't report you for smoking, the only way they can is if you tell them your going to kill/rape/hurt some one.

So be open and honest, take your meds, and your gonna be fine man.

when did u start noticing zolofts positive effects? and are there any major side effects u experienced?

Positive with in 1-2 Months

Only negative side effect I have noticed? Takes me longer to masturbate. What used to take 5 mins takes 15, however, when I fucking finally have sex, this will make me last longer.

But its different for everyone.

o, odd side affect for an SSRI. but possitive effects within a month is getting me hopeful.

one last concern i had, olude if you forgot to take your meds (zoloft) and immediately see anxiety symptoms return, arent u becoming dependent to the drugs

yeah thats a CON...you will become dependant...but on the other hand i would be much worse without it....

been on zoloft for a little over 1 week now, and every time i smoke i get a crazy body high. strange sensations everywhere, and especially my stomach gets extremely weird, and borders painful.

i doubt it, but does this sound familiar anyone?

Crazy body high? Explain this more. What strange sensations. Thats being vague :P But it could very well be the zoloft tweaking with your high. Try smoking less than you normally would.

The feeling in my stomach is pretty overwhelming. Its like an annoying "BZZZZ" in the middle of my stomach. Cant really explain it, but its really physical. It helps when I touch/hold the area with my hand.
My entire chest+arms felt like they were in cold water for a while. Random pains all over. Muscles spasm'd a little. A general increase in the effect of weed as well.

I recently had a panic attack and my doctor put me on Sertaline and Strattera(for my ADHD) i took them for like 2 months, it made me feel awkward not myself. I didnt like that so I stopped taking them and, i went through mild withdrawals. Randomly, I would get extreeeeemely lightheaded like almost falling over but it seriously would last like 8 seconds. it was weird.

Sertaline/Zoloft is definitely not my choice in combating anything anxiety related. I'll choose bud first then some xanax if its been a fucking shitty day.
