I'm sort of surprised no one here has mentioned the documentary "Run From The Cure." I did a search of the Grasscity forums and couldn't find this, so hopefully I'm not reposting anything. If not, you are all in for some shocking new information. Maybe it could save your life, or someone you love...

This documentary is really important.

I believe the videos were made within the past year or two. As it is, Rick Simpson will be doing 5 years in jail to please the American government starting February 8, 2008 for easing human suffering and saving lives since he did not profit from this. He gave away the medicine.

I'm trying to spread these videos wherever I can. I posted them in a blog on my MySpace page, and wherever else I can think to post them. Everyone should try to show these videos to people. This is some important and suppressed information!

If we were allowed to grow hemp in our back yards and cure our own illnesses, what do you think the reaction of the pharmaceutical industry would be to such a plan? Many large pharmaceutical companies that still exist today sold hemp based medicines in the 1800's and early 1900's. They knew then what I have recently found out. Hemp oil if produced properly is a cure-all that the pharmaceutical industry can't patent.

Smoking hemp is the least effective way to use the plant medicinally. The real medical miracles occur when the oil is ingested or used topically on skin infections or diseases - then watch what happens! Does everyone who supports medical marijuana even KNOW this fact? The videos show exactly HOW to make the hemp oil. It's different from hemp oil you can buy at the store because it actually contains THC. Maybe growers here could start making their own cancer cure and give it away secretly or something....we need an underground movement.

I find it comforting to know that atleast if me or my loved ones ever get cancer, I would have an alternative to chemotherapy.

Especially our American government, who says, "Capitalism is the best, competition must thrive!" I agree with that statement, but they're keeping marijuana illegal because it is TOO good. A lot of pharmaceutical companies would lose A LOT of money if they were competing against the cure for cancer. I think it's worth it, to save people's lives. I mean, isn't that the purpose of our existence, to survive? Is having people die really worth those companies making big profits? Not in my mind...

The government is willing to do population control by letting diseases like these run rampant, but they won't do something ethical like limiting two children per family. A lot of people would have a fit over that, but I say if it's for the FUCKING SURVIVAL of our nation, I think people can give up having more than two children. After that, you're getting greedy and just contributing to the destruction of the planet.

my mom suffers from chronic pain, and takes fist fulls of meds. I have tried for years to convince her to use canabis, she asked her doctor about it once, and he said that it is impossible to regulate it, so he wouldn't recommend it.

Maybe she'll just take a little bit every day, in the oil form; like this simpson guy was doing. That way she doesn't have to get high.
