this is a joke thread right?

no?

ok... but you know cannabis is the KING of panacea.

... panacea means "cure-all" by the way. yeah.... all.

.... dang, i was hoping to find a long list somewhere, but got board of looking. i myself remember when i had a list of about 12 things it was helping with... yeah, that was all just in one person. i was not well back then.
anyways.... here... get searchin for yourselves.
http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-...+uses+cannabis

and thats just medical uses.

i heard it said once that cannabis has over 27,000 uses. anything crude oil can do, cannabis can do better.... except be extracted from underground resevoirs and putting the planet at risk, lol.

Since 1996, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington have passed legislation that removes state-level penalties from marijuana use by patients who have a doctor's recommendation. In addition, Maryland passed a medical marijuana affirmative defense law in 2003. This dictates that if a person is arrested for marijuana use but is found to be using marijuana out of medical necessity, she or he will only face a modest fine.

These state laws specify that marijuana can be used to treat diseases such as arthritis, cachexia, cancer, chronic nervous system disorders, chronic pain, Crohn's disease, epilepsy and other seizure disorders, glaucoma, HIV or AIDS, multiple sclerosis and other muscle spasticity disorders, and help patients cope with severe migraines, severe nausea, and the side effects of chemotherapy. The requirements for patients and doctors to be protected by these laws vary from state to state.
I just had a quasi-revelation. I feel like a dumbass but I just now remembered I live in Arizona, one of those lucky states. I have pretty wicked social anxiety and stress and I'm thinking about looking into MM. Not every article I see mentions social anxiety or even stress as being worthy for being prescribed cannabis, so it leaves me to wonder how often such prescriptions are written for those symptoms alone. If anyone could provide personal experience or further information to answer this question I'd appreciate it.

i got my card for anxiety and sttress problems that lead into insomnia from worrying to much. Once i fixed the insomnia the rest went away alot. If i go off of it for to long all the problems return.

On the medicann webpage i even think anxiety is one of the reasons listed.

I too use it for anxiety / insomnia. Honestly, its like night and day for me. If i have a nice, i can actually hold conversations with people i would normally lock up with. Its l sativa ike a wonder drug for me, i can live a normal life because of it. I used to take antidepressants, but when id have sex, id never be able to reach orgasms, and if i did, it would take like 45 minutes plus. MMJ helps 10000000x more then the pills did too. The pills would make me think of crazier shit then ever honestly. I also recently lost my best friend from antidepressant related death. Stay away from pills, go green
