Does anyone know anything about this? I am flying outside of CA, to other states, and was wondering if it was safe for me to bring it. I've seen drug dogs before in airports--but I'm sure they got bigger fish to fry. Nonetheless, I think I should be okay even if I got caught--I do have a certfication letter--I just wanted to see if anything knew anything off the top of their head--I'll make sure to read the 420 and the 215 just to make sure. Thanks!

I doubt it'd be safe since your card is for your state only. Maybe if you got a card for the state you're going to.

Your letter will be laughed at as they snap on the cuffs (tight behind your back) and you are taken away in shame. It is a federal violation to carry any illegal drug over state lines. Marijuana is considered a dangerious drug by the feds. If cought you WILL be arrested and charged with interstate transport of an illegal substance. Even tinctures are not legal (but most easy to hide). This will cost you a lot, fellony record, mucho denero to pay lawyers. Maybe jail?

It is not worth the risk. Dont do it. However if you fly to MMJ states where there are dispensaries, I know some places will honor your card. Dogs do sniff luggage. They bark even if it is a trace.

There is no bigger fish than a bust in hand. Cops love any size busts. Hmm I like busts to hehehe.
