It does lower blood sugar. I do not know a strain to suggest. Cinnamon also lowers blood sugars 1/4 tsp per day. Do not take more.

Actually marijuana does NOT lower blood sugar, please do not use this advice as a go-ahead to use marijauna as a treatment for diabetes. There has been no study that proves this true.

Where did i say treat diabetes with MMJ? I still use insulin. The DEA has blocked research in the USA. This is anecdotal and not a claim to cure anything. All are free to read and do research. That is all these posts are about. Now please remove panties from ass crack.

I was merely making the point that marijuana is NOT a solution to diabetes by itself, and that should anyone happen across the "information" you provided, they do not interpret it incorrectly. Carry on.

How can you claim this based upon NO research? I have played with a glucometer and found that MMJ lowered my blood sugar. We do not know how thia works. The DEA has refused to allow research to settle questions like these.

All we have are anicdotal reports and not real medical research. That is all this thread is.

There are several studies which include many remarks similiar to, "Marijuana was not shown to lower blood sugar, leaving the question as to why its effects include an increased appetite unsolved."

This whole thread is just anecdotal reports about some strain helping someone. The problem is no actual research. When asked if strain X is good for Y, No one can answer. I suggest testing on yourself. It is not hard and some have lots of fun.

As clinton has said, this thread is anecdotal reports. You could try strains other people have had success with but in the end you will have to choose whatever works best for you by experimenting.

Last count, there were 1400 strains in the Oregon patient communities. Try testing each one. Some one has to do it.
