Cannabis helping temper/quirks?

So, long story short i have a rather short temper. Im not really violent in that respect but i get frustrated at people that mean alot to me really easily and it shows. This makes me grouchy often and ruins alot of my time. Also, i have very strange quirks. For example, this may seem obvious because it bothers alot of people but like when im around people eating any sound related to eating or drinking gives me chillas and literally makes me sick to my stomach and gives me headaches. Slurping, crunching, gulping, you name it, It is so severe that i can only eat at home with my family if there is music on. I wont eat with my girlfriend or friends sometimes because of the way they eat.

This being said, i do notice a great relaxation when high, but have not been able to test it in these situations as they are not the kind of thing i do high for a few reasons.

Is there any record or case of similiar issues like this any of you have heard of being treated with marijuana. I at first thought it was a case of OCD but i am admidately the owner of the dirtiest room ever so i kinda ruled that out, i also dont care if shits out of order.

I meditate regularly which helps my temper a little, but nothing can cure my quirks, like today i was in the car with my sister and she was chewing gum real loudly, and i almost threw up and i couldnt sit still or anything.

Also, would this be a case for prescription in medical states?

The behavior patterns of OCD don't necessarily pertain to always wanting things to be clean, or in order. Any kind of compolsive disorder, like always checking to make sure your front door is locked, or always having to step on a certain step when you walk down stairs can be considered OCD. I'm far from a doctor or a specialist, but it sounds like a form of OCD to me. If MJ does help with this issue, I would experiment in different scenerios how it helps control my obsessive behavior. I have no idea if this would qualify you for a medical permit, but its worth asking a medical professional.

OCD can be related to one problem and one problem only. you do not have to have a truck load of OCD problems in order to be OC. i would say that this won't be a strong case for MM. there are other treatments available for this kind of problem that are effective. you should really just visit a doctor with the problem to find out what it is, it's really hard to say what will help without a proper diagnosis. you can always ask your doctor about MM, what's it going to hurt? good luck with whatever happens.

edit: i forgot to mention plainly, but i'm betting that you do have an OCD case. just wanted to clear that up. anyway, once again, good luck.

you just need to try and expose yourself to these sounds more and more until the "cringing" goes away. you just need to get used to it then you won't mind. also, OCD does not always = order. It stems from irrational thoughts that you 'solve' by repeating activities/saying things/thinking things etc. to "counteract' said irrational thoughts feelings.

Interesting thread....just wondering if what your experencing is not some sort of ear infection, Sinus's or something? Not down playing what is going on with you but doens't sound like its a mental thing. Ear infections can trigger headaches and nausha....

Sinus's are a BITCH...I get pain in my teeth and under my teeth so bad I want to blow my brains out...and Pot doesn't even help. When it first started I thought it was a tooth or something but the pain is both upper and lower.

Sorry for the ramble. Check with a doctor ! Hope this helps....you might not be Munk after all !!
