smoking and usage

About one or two weeks ago I stopped taking Cymbalta, and last thursday I stopped taking Seroquil, both of which I had been regularly taking a relatively small dose. I started to feel discontinuation syndromes, such as dizziness and nausea, and I was wondering if weed would help. I was wondering if anyone knew whether smoking would help tone down these negative affects, or just make them worse. I know this is a pretty specific case, but any help would be appreciated.

I have BAD depression/anxiety issues and if i pop a xanax and smoke some herb. its makes my stomach aches and shit go away. i say deffinitly try it out. It helps me eat also, because its really hard for me to swallow any food without weed. really helps

Thanks, yeah, it helped. I thought it might make me too confused but it didn't.
