Nirvana Seeds -- Worst Experience Ever -- STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The seeds were about 50 bucks or so, which isn't terrible, but not something I like to waste. Who likes to waste money?
Anyway, the package arrived and inside were a pair of gardening gloves. That's it. Just gloves, and no seeds. I frantically searched the package, checking for the precious seeds I had paid for and saw nothing. No seeds. I emailed nirvana saying this, that there were no seeds at all in the package.
The email nirvana sent back said, "check inside the gloves."
That's it. I emailed back stating that they need to take time and read the email I originally sent. I then re-explained that there were NO seeds at all that were sent to me. Just gloves. It has been two days since I sent that email. I re-sent that email after a day, because nirvana WAS responding to me roughly every 8 or so hours, but as soon as I said there were no seeds in the package at all, I guess that I didn't matter to them anymore because they had my money.
It is now the third day with no response. I sent a final email to them stating I want my money back or the seeds that I ordered.
This is complete bullshit. Does anyone know my rights as far as going for a chargeback on my credit card or anything of that nature? If so, feel free to reply.
I also highly discourage anyone from buying from nirvana since they obviously don't care about their customer or their product / image. Stay away from nirvana.

I just wanted to inform the community about what a terrible experience I had dealing with these people. I ordered 5 feminized PPP seeds. When the package arrived I was pumped, since I have been growing for awhile, but my luck has always been shit in terms of getting female plants, so I decided to give fem. seeds a go around.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune but if you read around on this site or did before you ordered(I dunno if you did or not) you would have known that you aren't the first person to be upset and get nothing. Moral of the story, you're never 100% certain that you will get what you ordered on time, or ever. Aswell you can complain to them about getting your money back but I highly doubt it will happen, and you can't exactly get the law involved seeing as you were ordering illegal seeds(i'm assuming you're from a place it's illegal seeing as they probably got intercepted) but I wouldn't hold this against these seed bank per say, as i'm sure many ppl will tell you on this site it's happened to every seed bank once. just try again i'm sure you're luck will be better.

Everyone makes mistakes occasionally. A calm, reasonable inquiry explaining your actions and disappointment may get better results. You want them to remember what was happening the day your parcel was sent. (include post date in your email) Was that the day they found an unexplained packet of seeds and didn't know if it was an extra, or one that didn't get shipped?
Best of luck,
Gene

Besides, If you theaten Nirvana with a charge back, I'm sure they'll help you right away. A charge back would be VERY bad for them. Not only can they loose their credit merchant account after just a few complaints but if you live in the United States they won't want the unwanted attention.

Really sad that this is the kind of customer service they have. I thought I had read somewhere that their site was a decent one to order from, but I guess not. At the very least I expected an email saying something like, "We're sorry but we can't be held accountable for lost seeds in the mail" or some other fluff, but to give no reply at all--that really is just a "Thanks for your money now go away" kind of impression.

just figure i would update this with some better news
i ordered my seeds from nirvana-shop.com i placed the order on the 15th and recieved the order 10 days later. today.
the only thing is
i ordered the Indoor Mix which is a combination of
Master Kush
Afghan
Pure Power Plant
Skunk #1
Nirvana Special
the only bad thing was all ten seeds came in one little baggy. so if they gave me two of each plant i have no clue what is what. so i just picked 5 of the best looking ones and decided to germinate them first. i'll keep you guys posted on the sucess or failure.
Happy Gardening,
TeXas
