Email them. They reply within 24 hours, they are very professional with a reputation to uphold. I'm almost certain they will refund you, just contact them.

I had already sent an email at 6:00pm yesterday with the order number and got a reply asking me to provide the shipping address. So I provided the address and it IS the same as the one I provided a month ago. Waiting for a second reply.
