Grow Room lighting

I have a 10x10 room that I'm going to set up for a flowering room or a half flower half veg. It's a spare bedroom in my house will be getting ac.

So what I was wondering if I split the room in half or lil more then half what size hps bulb should I run for flowering?
I'm located near sac. Summers hit 100's n high 90's. One window in room and a closet.

That is a lot of space... you planning on using it all? If you were gonna go all out i would do a 6 x 10 flower room and a 4 x 10 veg room. Two 600W hps bulbs over two 3.5 x 3.5 grow areas right next to each other would be the prime setup for flower room. with that much space its basically just a matter of how many plants you want to have and what your goals are. sky is the limit really though. could flower 3 lbs per harvest in there pretty easily. no real reason you couldnt go with 1000W system if you wanted bigger grow areas too, because you really dont need much space for veg. even a 4 x 4 corner of that room split into over and under spaces would be plenty to keep you vegging fast enough to support 3 big hps grows in the flower room.
