Seems like this along with the lawsuit ASA filed has some potential. It's a good read, here's the link: NORML Attorneys file multiple constitutional challenges to federal medical marijuana crackdown | NORML Blog, Marijuana Law Reform Here's a link to a PDF of the papers filed with the courts. I love reading these. http://norml.org/pdf_files/brief_bank/2011_11_03_DOJ_Lit_Complaint_EDCA.pdf I really like this part: Good stuff. Call 'em out on their inconsistencies. Soooo, if this injunction were to be granted by the court...would that apply to federal backed operations in all mmj states?
I really think that law suit has a lot of weight. Not only does the Government give out cannabis but they approved a patent on cannabinoids. I'm real eager to see the outcome but I won't get my hopes up.
somethings always in a state of 'maybe' its how they keep us appeased dont relent for 1 friggin second
Norml vs. the Government debate judged by the people, winner takes all, let's do battle. I wish that is how it would go down, wouldn't be much of a show however, Norml would run circles around anybody who debated against marijuana.
