WMD's
Hard drugs or real narcotics and the process of manufacturing them is to be developing, possessing, distributing and deploying chemical Weapons of Mass Destruction for money and detriment to civilized democratic societies. Raw opium, PCP, crystal meth, cocaine, Drano, etc. That is the premise on which the war on drugs should be based today. They are WMD's.
