This is incredible! First CA introduces a bill to legalize and now Mass! Wow. Mass just moved to decrim. this November. They aint fuckin around! I hope this turns out ok, but just the fact that it is introduced is huge news to the legalization lobby! +rep for sharing!

These bills have awakened a sleeping giant, there is sure to be more to follow. Nationwide Marijuana Legalization I would say is starting to seem like a real possibility now.

This is great, the movement is really picking up speed. Regardless of how things unfold, marijuana legalization has received some serious attention and things are looking up.

My first was a drug paraphernalia charge. My second was possession of less than an ounce of marijuana when I only had no more than ten marijuana seeds. My third was January 23, 2009. I was found to be in possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana when I had no more than .2 grams. I am now facing up 30 days in jail as well as 2 years of probation. Do you believe our drug policy is fair?
