New law?
Over here in Norway they're prob'ly gonne change the laws a little bit. If you get caught with some hasj in yer pocket, ye won't get prosecuted any more. You'll get a ticket and nothing will appear on yer record any more.
Baby steps, but very positive...

that's good news. glad to hear it. in Canada, it was completely legalized in the summer but the law was reinstated back in october. we're hoping for decriminalization though, even though it will never happen. our government has been promising it since the 70s
