On January 9, 2003, Obama introduced Senate Bill # 0008 into the Illinois State Senate that allows law enforcement authorities to implement electronic eavesdropping technology in fighting marijuana cases, and, this bill would allow these secretly created taped conversations to be used as evidence in fighting these cases in court.
Haven't we had enough attacks on our civil liberties by the current administration?
