Constitutional rights
How come they can outlaw marijuana federally. It's freedom of expression and does not hurt or wrong anyone. also In the constitution it says there can be no cruel and unusual punishment. Isn't it cruel and and unusual to lock some one up for 25 years for growing a harmless plant.

Right on all counts. Unfortunately to our government now, the constitution is just an old piece of paper. Spread the word about the champion of the constitution
