Just in on Yahoo News..

Nevada is planning on voting on whether or not to make an oz of marijuana legal in the state for adults over 21. Right now, it's a misdemeanor that gets a big $600 fine slapped down on you. Also, people will be able to buy mary jane in government regulated shops. Check out the story. (Sorry I don't have a link, I was way too excited on getting it posted, haha).

We discussed this a while back in the NORML club at my school. There's supposedly a slight majority of supporters, so cross your fingers. If this goes through, just think how big of a hurdle we will have hopped. Hopefully the same idea spreads all over the US!
