Its a constitutional right now!!!!!

Ive been trying to find out what the law is concerning ganja where I live in spain and woke up this morning to find 3 guardia civil standing at my garden wall ADMIRING my plants so I asked them what the deal was.....

In spain and canary islands it is illegal to buy or sell ganja and you will get nicked and prosecuted for doing so.

If you are caught with it in the street its a misdemeanor and can result in a warning or fine depending on the amounts.

HOWEVER it is a COSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to grow and smoke ganja in a private space (Your home - NOT down the office or storeroom of the bar I work in) and is therefore legal!!!! I couldnt believe a Guardia was telling me its legal!!!! One of them did ask if I had any he could buy tho. I got cheeky and threw a bag of super skunk at him and told him he could have it..... He said he was only joking and GAVE IT ME BACK!!!!!
