Hey everyone i feel like i gotta reintroduce my self again as someone who now lives in fairfax. my mom moved here from charlottesville after i left for VCU about 4 months ago, and i know not one person out here to hang/ chill with.

i actually HATE it here so far. i dont know a single person here, its not nearly as chill as charlottesville, and i have not found ANY bud.

Yea we are quite a dry area, but once you find some, it is usually very good. Where in Fairfax County are you?

I lived in Herndon for all together about three years. Thats about 20 min from Fairfax city.


First off, trsut me there is some siiiiick bud in your area. You need to meet people. To bad you dont have my cell phone, haha. But i would recomend play disc at burke and aksing around their, oor going to some bars around herndon reston area...very rich white kids with very dank nugs.

BUT, GET READY TO SPEND 50-100 DOLLARS AN EIGHTH unless you know the right peeps. I bought oz's of 4 way for 300 constantly butgoo luck with that unless you find some great friends fast.


STUFF FOR YOU TO DO:

1. Go to downtown DC. if you drive from fairfax about 5-10 min to viennna you can take orange line to downtown dc and back out whenever you woudl like. If you dont have a car, you can bus it to vienna easily. The public trans in that area is some of the best and most reliable in the worl...plus very cheap and easy. IN DC, since i am a skater (scooterer rally) i would recomned going all the way up the mall and checking out capital hill, where freedom plaza and the giant canadian embassy set is. If you play disc or anything you can throw and have a good time on the mall, which goes for severak miles down the center of washington dc. *** Washington is a great city and you shoudl check it out. If theres one thing i regret its not taking advantage of that more often, because really, you live 20 min form one of the coolest places on earth (in my opinion).

2. GO PLAY DISC GOLF! Burke is about 35 min from you, go there and disc is free. You can meet some other folks who smoke weed around there too and get some hook ups....Theres Bukk Run right near you too, thats also way cool (just aska local where bullrun shooting range, or state park is...

3. Check out Reston Town center, its prety fun I recomend rio grande or ATR for a good brew


It goes on. If you drive down toward west falls church which is right near you theres a great scatepark right their in alrington....

anyway have fun, there really is a toon of stuff to do in that area...as it is one of the most welthy and densely populated counties in all of the world!

Hey Hey! from Amissville, VA about 40 miles west of the DC beltway! Work in Chantilly, VA real close to you. I play disc at Burke some times after work, I also plan to move closer to the DC area by the end of Sep. We should meet up some time, I'm new to the area as well. I know a couple people but not many. It's easier to meet people when you have a wing man!
