i have 3 plants. there a little bit over 1 month old. i dont know how to flower them. i have 4 40 watt floresent tubes over them. im guessing sence there old tubes they are puttin out about 6000 lumens. should i prune? there pre flowers are startin to show, but there not showing fast enough. should i start the flowering cycle? should i start feedin them flowering nutrents?

a couple things, first wrong section. second those are some weak bulbs for growin, kudos though for tryin , dont feed bloom nutes till real flowers show feed wit veg till then if there big enough in ur opinion then go to 12/12
