smoking and usage

Hey, y'all.

New around here, and thought that I might get a responce on the thread I started on another forum if I got sociable and introduced myself.

Not much to say, really. Started smoking when I was around 17 and was at it for about 5 years, but when I moved I wound up in int stix and had no contacts, therefore, no weed. I thought about growing then, but since I was living with my folks I figured it wasn't a good idea. now I'm on my own and in a totally new location. Still no contacts, and the only person I know who has contacts refuses to hook me up. I have no idea what crawled up the bitch's ass, but he keeps saying he will then avoids me like I have the Black Plague.

Consequently, I've resorted to attempting to grow. Honestly, I've never grown anything before, and have actually killed any number of innocent plants *of the non0smoking variety. Such as ivy.) When I managed to keep an ivy alive for more than a year I thought my black fingers might have turned brown, so I fecided to give weed a try.

My first try was in soil, and they comited suicide, I swear it!

Now I'm trying hydroponics, and doing much better aside from the bacterial infection that I have aquired in my res. I have a thread in the Sick Plants and Problems forum asking for advice on the matter, so if any of you would go have a look and post there if you have an opinion on the products that I'm asking aboutI'd really be grateful.

Fraid i can't help you on the hydro tho, far too techy for me - I'm strictly dirt - lol
