Treating Yourself Expo Canada

Hey I was wondering of anyone had visited this expo the past and if so what was it like? Did they have a lot of free samples?

I don't believe so, just Toronto. It only is the third one this year so it's fairly new. Their magazine has been out since May of 2000 or 2002 I believe.

I believe it's may 25-27th. They have a ton of glass by what I can see from the weedguy's videos on youtube, I believe. There is a vape-lounge for medicinal patients, and basically like a lot of head shops together at once. I'm sure they have growing equipment and the hole 9 yards.

Awesome! I live 5ish hours up north so ill try to get in on that.

Yeah I'm still try'na go. I believe they have a competition on growing, best strains, there's a VIP pass they give 12 or 14 gram samples of the best strains and you vote and get exclusive dinners and things like that. I'm about 8 hours away so it's a big trip with the rising gas prices, unfortunately, that's a big concern. Hope it's as good as it looks!

I'm gunna see if a buddy of mine will join me in such a fun expo. Just seeing all of the glass and everything is fun enough, but damn if I get samples <3<3<3

I have chartered a bus to take interested people to the Treating Yourself Medical marijuana convention. The bus leaves Ottawa Sat. morn and leaves Toronto Sunday evening. People can either get bus and accommodations or just the bus ride. There will be stops en-route for people to medicate.

There will be people on the bus who are licensed users and growers, people interested in making connections for finding a doctor to sign their Health Canada application, and others who just want to go to the convention.

This is a personal project of mine. I am a licensed user and grower and a strong advocate for the therapeutic aspects of medical marijuana. This bus charter is not for my personal gain. It’s purpose is to provide an opportunity for people to bet the information they require to use medical marijuana. At the Expo attendees will be able to talk with seed companies about strains, try them in the vapor lounge and purchase seeds, get expert information about growing, learn various cooking techniques, and connect with organizations to get their license.

The seats on the bus are prepaid only at the charter bus site.

Yeah I am pretty sure there is no way around the ticket costs. It's great you're renting a bus for a mass transportation though, enjoy yourselves!

I will most definitely be there!!! And apparently I'll be looking for grasscity posters Now, I live in Toronto, so it's not much of a travel for me, but I would LOVE to get in on all the connections on the Ottawa Charter Bus Anyway I can find some people at the expo itself?

it was 20 bucks to get in.
pretty cool glassblowing going on.
one vendor was selling edibles(was awesome )
but no weed was given/sold(only shown)
and the vape lounge was for medical patients only
and i saw urban grower xD

So upset that I can't be there this year. Today must've been great. Work ruins everything

hey- if i was to make the trip next year and NOT have a med-card> what WOULD i be able to do/see/try?

Ive always wanted to go to one- but never felt like making a trip just to look at head-shop vendors because i felt like any FUN things i couldnt see/do
