Help on probation!

Hey everyone I made this account just for this question I'm on probation in Oregon for the distribution of marijuana I got really fucked I wasn't even a big time dealer or anything like that just buddies here and there till what I thought was my friend sold me out and set me up so I got busted and got 2 years of probation to turn my felony into a misdemeanor and then get that off in a year so here's the catch im on casebank Probation. I think it's called and that means like the lowest profile and next month I'll be on bench I pay my fines and did my hours and my PO doesn't talk to me she doesn't respond to my e mails or calls I had questions so I went to her office and she still wouldn't meet with me but instead talks to me over the phone as I'm outside her door... So I haven't been tested yet and really don't think I will if I get called in for a random test and fail couldnt I say I was a chronic smoker when I got caught and it should still Be in my system? And be fine? Idk any and all advice appreciated

ok ok ok ok not a month away im already on informal then ill be on bench were i dont even pay fines i smoked about 6 months into my probation and was so damn paranoid it wasnt cool and two months later i still havent been contacted or anything and my PO doesnt answer my calls or mail..... in a month i will be on BENCH and that will be less sketch i just quit two days ago so i can be clean by the time i get on bench cuz u have to apply for it and im thinking if they drug test me it will be then or at the end of my probation. couldnt i say sense i never got drug tested that i was a 10 time a day smoker and its till in my system? studies show that marijuana can stay into someone system for as little as 2 days and iup to the rest of someone life depending on use... and i care about my life this situation is a nightmare ecspecially without my bestfriend the ganj

They'd know you're lying, MJ doesn't stay in your system for that long. They'll know you were smoking while on probation and then you're fucked. Just don't smoke until you're in the clear. They're more likely to test you now that you're nearing the end of your probation because this is the time when people are most likely to screw up.

Ok, what the fuck is this? You need to get your shit straight, for real. You're so close to getting off and you really want to smoke? From your posts you have already decided to smoke... You just want to hear what you want to hear... You're waiting for someone in this thread to tell you you can smoke and be fine...

You think P.O's don't know for a fact the longest weed stays in your system? Get real, man. I've never heard of a case where it took longer than 30 days for it to clear your system. Unless you are pretty fuckin' obese, it's not likely.

They're not idiots, don't try to treat them as such, or you WILL get tested just for pissing them off.

My probation problem was simple. All they wanted was the money.I was ordered to serve 2 yrs probation and pay $2,700.00 in fines. About 3 months into this, while meeting with my p.o., I asked him if I paid my fines, if I could get off early, to which he snickered, and told me yes, if I paid my fines off (which he thought would never happen in a million years), he would release me from probation. At that point, I took 27 one hundred dollar bills and set them on his desk. I paid my fines at the window on my way out, after my p.o. reluctantly told me he would keep his word, and received paperwork in the mail about a week later officially ending my probation! What it boiled down to was obvious to me. All they are really concerned about is the money.

wow it really makes me sad to see all the hateful things some people are saying about this... thank you for your concerns but the reason i have such a need to smoke is because of anxiety paranoia and TMJ i will be deaf in a certain number of years due to my TMJ and marijuana actually CURES this for me and helps me in ways nothing else has. so before u tell me to throw my life away look at it from my point of view this is a few months down the road and still no tests.... ill be getting put on bench probation soon and then ill be even more unsupervised so thank you for your responces but plz look at my side of it too? u think i wanna throw my life away? im 19 going to school and holding two jobs.. so plz... can i get some real help....

its cool man i understand you have to blaze. ive passed tests while high, there are ways, but i wouldnt suggest it

just quit smoking, you're not gonna die in the next few months from anxiety/paranoia or TMJ. It's just not worth it man, yeah the laws are fucked but until they get changed you gotta play by their rules if you don't want the long arm of the law up your ass.

If you have a real medical need, take that shit to court and stir the pot a bit. See if you can get your probation changed so you can smoke, that's what I'd do.

thank you some real answers that actually can help... ya i can talk to my P/O about maybe gettin my probation changed she seems nice? even though ive never met her in person... cuz my tmj is unbearable at some times and its crazy how much weed can help this condition thank you all very much... but f*ck those haters saying i wana throw my life away and shit ive tried other ways to cope with my TMJ but none even come close to that of weed.

i would love to not smoke and do everything legal for the next year but just the thought kills me... i almost feel like i need to move out of the country because of this... i got so fucked over for nothing

bump.... just reading some of the asinine statements on here get me so mad.... people that think im a loser and shit. i havent smoked for 2 weeks and i MIGHT ill tell you MIGHT have a drug test in 2 more weeks.... i want to not smoke for another year of my probation but idk... it seems too hard my jaw has been worst then ever and my anxiety has left me sleepless.... my eating is all fucked... im a wreck.... someone... plz help?
