Buying and selling cannabis is a criminal offence punishable by law. Possession and consumption at a public place constitutes a misdemeanour and is penalized with a fine and confiscation. Growing the plant on private property for personal use, and consumption by adults in a private space is a constitutional right and hence not illegal

Yes, it is legal to grow and consume on/in your private property. Now they can grow on a large scale (outdoors) for both hemp and medicinal uses.

catalonia is the old spain..they have their own language..but i wouldn t say they think they are betta than anyone....they just tryin to keep their language.. religion.. way of life still alive... before it disappears for good...
