germinated from Northern Lights seeds, first time growing so let me know what you guys think. 3rd week FLOWER.

Any suggestions or pointers would be awesome as well!

What kinda schedule you have them on and what kinda lights.
And do you know what particular of NL you have I'm interested in NL #5

Sorry they are in 3rd week of flower. i was too high last night haha... umm I am using 2 CFL bulbs on a 12/12 cycle.

Now I am not too sure about the particular strain of NL but I would expect it to be just regular northern lights.

plant looks healthy... how long did you vegg?

i think it was about 4.5 - 5 weeks.

Should i look in to topping this or should i leave it how she is?

do not top it now... if she is flowering leave her alone. only top when in vegg.. anything you cut off right now will be a loss of bud.

wish it woulda been in veg.. you are seriously lacking light for flowering. youre going to want a min. 10,000 lumens on your plant and it looks like it's probably getting 1500-3000 of those. At this point though you're not really going to yield off this plant -- CFLs have terrible luminosity at a distance, so really only the top 5% of your plant is receiving any light. Shoulda done some research before you switched

I got like 3/4 of an oz my first grow with 1 65w cfl so don't trip

I am now using 3 100w cfl soft white bulbs at 12/12 cycle.

are they 100w actual watt or 26w "100w equivalent" bulbs?

For your first grow, this is pretty impressive. And since this is your first grow, just experiment with it. Don't flip a bitch about wattage and yield and all that bs everyone keeps tellin' ya. The first grow is a learning experience, and on your second grow you can add more watts etc. andwork on a bigger yield. You're already going to get quite a bit from your plant being so tall and having so many branches. Just be patient, and watch your baby grow good job taudi, +reps!!

At just a guess, I would say somewhere between four and six weeks, maybe a little longer. It depends on what you feel is right ya know? It's looking real healthy and coming along nicely man! Just remember though, the last 40% or so of flowering is when it will pack on most of the bud growth ect. So don't get too impatient. It kinda sucks that this process is such a long waiting game, but it definitely pays off in the end, and it makes you feel proud of yourself every time you use your medication. You get to sit back and think, "I did this, this is a reflection of me in the plant's image."

I did have a certain strain where the seed company recommended topping even into week four, and new sites grew, but this was a one off plant, i think it eas chemdawg or widow bomb.
