Hey I have 2 5000k bulbs and I was wondering if I can flower with 2 5000k and 2 6500k bulbs??? Thanks for the help.
im not gunna tell you that it isnt possible. but what i am going to say is it most likely isnt possible. those are more on the blue spectrum which doesnt promote flowering. dont count on and good buds, althought you might get some pistils out of it. i say i dont know if its not possible because after long enough vegging preflowers do appear, and on a 12/12 light schedule you do trigget it to flower. but as of everything ive read which is quite a bit, the plants NEED the red/orange spectrum around 2000K. i dont see you getting any real buds like that. but either way, happy 420!!...from the east coast
hes right, and u can find higher wattage cfls in soft white easily and they rnt that expensive so i c no reason to risk it.
