hello everyone. im asking this question for a friend of mine. "Hi There, I am wondering if anyone uses the PG&E Care program? My bill is pretty high. My husband got laid off 6 months ago. With my income, we qualify. I have a mm card and keep everything within my limits. I am wondering if it would be a red flag to sign up for the CARE? I have read articles on line about the list of CARE users being targeted by the fuzz. Does anyone know anything about this? I appreciate any input. Thanks! "
i wouldnt worry about a 'red flag'. unless you have a HUGE grow going (10,000w or more), they wont even bat an eye at your bill. the CARE program is awesome. if you can qualify, i highly recommend it. i mean, people use just as much energy with those new flat screen TVs, as you would with a personal grow. i know many people who grow, and have the CARE discount. plus....if you are legal, then why CARE? hehehe
