Meho's Green Grow

Introduction

I’m doing this journal in order to stay more organized with my grow and to simply track things better. I really liked the format of Russy’s Interactive Perpetual Grow so I’m sticking to a similar format. Let me know what you think. I’m also a legal medical marijuana cardholder in my state and fully comply with all laws regarding such. Peace, Love & Good Dank.

The Rooms

I will have 3 separate rooms for this grow: a vegetative room, a flowering room, and a drying room.

Vegetative Room: This room will house my mother plants, all the vegging plants for the flowering room, as well as any clones I happen to have. Lights are currently an 8 lamp, 4 foot, T-5. I plan to supplement this in the future with another 4 lamp or better T-5 in order to eventually bulk up the size of my veg plants before sending them to flower. The room has an attic fan for exhaust & to control temperatures, along with two desk fans for circulation.

Flowering Room: This room will house all my flowering plants, currently around 25, eventually would like to get that number to somewhere between 3 and 10 plants at any given time. Lights will be (2) SS blockbuster sealed- vented 1000 watt with the potential to add a 400w digital ballast in the future. Temps are getting keyed in still and flux between 91(rarely) at the highest and 70 at the lowest. A dehumidifier in the room keeps the rh keyed in at 45% usually with little flux. In the near future the room will be supplemented with co2. There are also two desk fans and a tower fan in the room for air circulation.

Drying Room: This room will house drying plants, as well as all the leaf and trim.
The room has 2 small computer fans for air circulation; will add a desk fan to the room when buds are ready to dry

Soil & Nutes

My soil mix is simply a 50/50 mix between botanicare cocogro and perlite.
My nutrients will be the Botanicare Pro line with cal-mag, liquid karma, & hydroplex for now along with a few other choice supplements including some sweet & molasses

Timeline & Goals

Ok, firstly my goal is to harvest the 24 or so plants currently in the flowering room within the next 8 weeks; they have already been on 12/12 for about 20 days and I think most of the plants should be fully mature within 8 weeks. After that, I will be experimenting with different sized plants in my garden along with a pretty solid bank of mothers I have to choose from.

Here's some pics of the vegging mamas to whet your appetite. First three are the larger potted plants under the new T-5, next 2 are the other 1 gal mothers under the old T-5 & the flowering clones I took yesterday. The next two pics are of my personal favorites in veg: Purple Diesel & Neville's haze respectively. Flowering hoes are sleeping right now, will update again later tonight:yay:
And the last few pics are of my dabbing tools (9mm beaker base US tubes w/ 18.8 vapor dome & upgraded to the Ti nail) and two close ups of some jack's cleaner BHO homedude made for me. It's made from vector butane run through a glass extractor one time & then heated & vac'd out. First pic is the BHO whipped into budder, 2nd pic is of the BHO in it's natural shatter-like state. hope you guys enjoy as much as i do

This is purely a picture update. I have hit week 5 (day 35) of flowering today and am super pumped. my girls are all looking amazing and I should start pulling down the first few within the next 3 or so weeks. Been keeping track of the numbers on my own but I'm sure you guys care less about those and more about pics so now I shall oblige.:)

First pic is of my g-13 haze, late to start flowering but staring to fill out nicely. 2nd is of tangerine dream. 3rd pic is of the DK. 4th is the kandy kush up close with alice in wonderland in the background. 5th is a shot of my master kush, coming along nicely. 6th is the pineapple express for which I had to stake a couple of the colas. 7th is midnight kush in the front with another g-13 haze and tangerine dream in the back. 8th up is a shot of a few smaller hindu kushes. 9th is a mixed shot of afgoo & skywalker up top, and blue rhino & orange freeze in the bottom. 10th is a general garden shot.

Here's another quick pic update from my veg room.

1st pic is my homemade aerocloner, took 12 cuttings last night. 2nd is of the pineapple express mother, this strain is definitely a keeper. 3rd is Neville's haze. 4th is Super Sour OG. 5th is Purple Diesel coming along real nicely. 6th is the super silver haze mother. 7th is humboldt super fruit on the left & lsd on the right. 8th is chemdog I just cloned off of. 9th is big bang on the left & the other alice strain on the right. 10th is a general garden shot w/ purple og kush and master kush in the front.

Quick Pic update, hopefully this will get some traffic flowing in this thread. Today is day 46 of flowering and everything is coming along really nicely in my coco/perlite 50/50 mix, with botanicare nutes and been giving them lots of molasses recently. The smells are amazing hairs are oranging, resinous trichs filling, buds leaning with the weight, etc.

First pic is the field of small hindu kush plants. Pic 2 is a nice close up of the midnight kush from g-13 labs. Pic 3 is one of my 2 phenos on the g-13 haze from barney's farm. Pic 4 is tangerine dream also from barney's. pics 5 and 6 are of the other g-13 haze pheno that i have from barney's and it is waaaaay stretchier. Pic 7 is of the Kandy Kush from reserva privada. Pic 8 is a top shot of my blue rhino-26 and the 9th pic is a side shot of this babe. last pic is alice in wonderland in the 10 gal pot really starting to ice out now.

C'mon how many pics of these beautiful bitches do I really have to put up before i get at least one person to stroke my ego just a bit:confused:
anyways, three dabs makes meho high enough to do another pic update.

#1 is hash plant with an afgoo nug leaning under the weight of the resin that fills its trichs. #2 is a better shot of that afgoo. #3 is skywalker. #4 & 5 are pics of the DK. It's a random seed I got from my friend, it's definitely a kush. Pics #6 & 7 are of the pineapple express. #8 & 9 are of the master kush. I just cut and trimmed the smallest afgoo nug to see how it is right now, excited to peep it when it's dry.

Today is day 49 of flowering and my ladies keep on trucking, the longer growing sativas are finally putting on density and will probably start to ice in the next week. Everything is going according to schedule so far except that I ran into a couple immature hermie tails in my pineapple express today! As one might imagine I was a little surprised so I pulled and trimmed this lady and put her up to dry, making the best of a bad situation. However I've seen things online that say this strain might be 45-55 day flowering so if this particular pheno is one of these it might still be good, the smell and look is there for me we'll just have to see what the smoke turns out to be like. The scissor hash was nice though:hello: Well here are a couple pics of the buds after trimmage, will be up with a final dry weight before curing begins in a week or so.

The pineapple express came in a final harvest weight of 2 oz & 26g, hashberry weighed in at 14g, master kush got cut down for the same reason as pineapple express, saw some hermie tails probably from heat stress so we'll see what the weigh is on that in the next few days. so far a pretty decent harvest, my first one so I can't complain, and I still have about 16 plants in flowering that will be coming down in the next couple weeks.

Currently waiting for drywall to set & then I will have a fully sealed room, ready for panda film, lights, fans & all the other fun stuff to get it going. Having my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow morning so we'll see when I get around to setting it all up. I'm hoping they don't bother me too much so that I finish setting up & flip 12 of my large veg plants into flowering around sunday.

Electrician coming thursday morning to wire the room up for 240v, he's 4/20 friendly so that's pretty helpful, don't have to beat around the bush as to what I want done or why. Then from there everything else is all set & I should be transplanting 12 of my large veg plants from 5 gal pots to 10 gal dirt bags & adding some great white mycorrhizae, this should help reduce transplant stress and give them a good boost as I flip them into flowering. As I sit here writing this list it is very difficult to decide which ones I will flip so this could change before thursday. On a side note I went a little seed crazy & ordered two separate purchases from the 'tude. The Cali Connection deal is currently ongoing so I got a feminized 6 pack of their pre-98 bubba kush BX2 in the first order, with a free 12 pack of mixed, regular seeds & 3 other single seeds. The 2nd order I got a feminized 6 pack of the Jamacian me Crazy from Cali Connection, getting another free 12 pack but only 2 free single seeds this time. I'm also thinking about copping a 10 pack of TGA's ace of spades from a local med shop but we'll see... Whelp, those will come up for flowering in a few months here I'm sure so we'll have to look forward to that. Anyways I'm tired and have work tomorrow so I'm out for the evening.
