Over the past few month i got around 200 seeds. so when i made a new box, I decided to use them. My new box is 20"x20"x"48". It has a passive airflow design. There is are air in holes at the bottom and a fan and a carbon filter at the top. Currently the box still needs to be light proof the door. I have a 150 Watt HPS. My temp is aroun 86 with a humidity of 30%. Im growing 24 seedings. Hoping 12 will be females. I plan on growing them in the seedling cups for a week or so. Then i will transfer them into a red solo party cup. When i switch to 12/12 i will trasplant into 1/2 gallon buckets. Im excited to grow using the SOG method.
I Just started using Ferts. I Plan on transplanting into red party cups and start a 3 week Veg, the start of the 3rd week of veg the lights will be switched to 12/12. I Plan on sexing then and transplanting into 2gallon soda bottles. And harvest in 90 days. Im using fox farm soil. Evil
The last sprout just popped!. It was 7 days after my other buddies. Hope it can catch up Tomorrow i plan to transplant the sprouts into slightly larger 15 oz red solo cups. Evil
Today i transplanted my seedlings into 15oz cups. I now have 15 of 23 of the biggest plants. the others were discarded due to lack of room. Today will be the start of week 1 of veg. I plan on vegging for 2 weeks, flip the switch 12/12, then vegging for one more week. A week after 12/12 is switch i plan on transplanting the known females to quart paint buckets for flowering. 12" above the cups i will add a SCROG net to keep the plants down if the grow that tall before flowering. getting some decent growth with some plants. others have nutrients burns. :/ i havnt done soil really so still getting used to it. I plan on switching to 12/12 in 9 days. Evil

hey everyone Today is 18 day since germination, and 16 days since spouting. It is the start of Week 2 of vegging. I plan on flipping the lights to 12/12 in 7 days. Waiting till it show sex then transplanting marking the 60 day count down!! smoke
Today 12/12 lighting starts. I finished light proofing the box. Its starting the 3 week of veg. during the next week ill be sexing the plants, transplanting the females and tossing the males. Harvest should be in around 70 days. Evil :bonging:
I found out i was over fertilizing my plants. They were getting burned really bad. I flushed all the plants. And adjusted the speed on the fan. Over night all the plants bounced back. . All the plants are 5-7" tall now. No sign of sex yet. so waiting to start the 60 day count down. Evil
maybe right before you flower you try and clone a couple and mark them so when they flower you know your males from females then possible have a mother plant to clone and fill your sog box or eventually switch to a perpetual grow. I like your design on your box you can tell by the general great health of your plants :somke: that your box has great circulation and your nutrient mix/soil is great.... im taking a seat and hope to see you pull some good bud
I would do a mother/ clone bit. if i had the room, but right now i dont. I would love to do a perpetual grow but again at would need 2 different boxs
It has been 1 week since i flipped the lights from 24 hour lighting to 12 on and 12 off. I added a fence to keep plants aliened or to keep them under. haven't decided yet. Evil
