Whats up GC.... okay so after spending over a year reading and trial by error here it is. I have already popped of 5 strains. Everything is ready. Here is the line up. 1. Nirvana Crystal Fem 1. Sweets Seeds TUDE freebie Fast Bud Okay I know that it's gonna be a little weird with to AUTO's but I think I can make it work considering there will be two CABS. So now on with the Cabs.... and setup.......... VEG CAB WILL BE 250mh inside tent cab and the Flower room will be powered with a 400 hps euro hood.... both cabs have a good source of fresh a/c with ducts.... for smell I love my IDYLIS air purifier with hepa/charcoal filters Okay well thats it for now just wanted to share my new project and if any comments please feel free I need help/support from the GC thanks pics coming this weekend once everything is ready.... I am in seedling stage right now everyone is looking healthy

Thanks guys for stopping in! I quick update for everyone, beanz are looking good. I even popped another barneys blue cheese cause I want more cheese lol. So i will have pics up tomorrow once i finish the setup for the tent. I am currently finishing up with a lady in the flower closest so wont be to long... so yea any questions feel free and this can be moved to another spot if i posted in wrong area sorry. Okay so I am running into a problem...... the tent with the 250 is running but just testing it out while the seedlings are still in veg. Here is the problem the tent is Grow Tent - Size S 20 x 36 x 64 - Silver Lined from HTG..... temps with a 250w M/H with just a box fan are 92F how can I cool it down... I have a 6 inch inline fan from htg but don't know where I should put it. Do I want air coming in from the inline or air pulling out from the inline...... the fun has started thanks again please help
Put the fan in the exhaust outlet. This creates a slight neg. pressure in the room helping to eliminate stinkage. Have a fresh air inlet (either static or with a slightly less CFM rated fan) to bring in fresh cool air. 92 is too hot and will stunt growth. If using a static intake, make it about 20% bigger opening than your fan powered exhaust. Use a pvc 90 or some ductwork of equal or greater size to give you a 90 to prevent light leakage. Hope this helps ya out! O yea....Ill ride with ya to see what happens!
his idea should work if not i did something for a friend that cooled his room really well its a lil confuseing 2 type, but i can make a tut for u to follow if its still to hot after his idea. (my thing involved a water pump and some copper (aluminum piping is better but thats harder to find sometimes) pipe, you could make something that would run in a spiral around like 3 parts of the inside of ur air intake, and pumping room temp water though that cooled my friends from like 93 to about 70 with all 3 coils on and to about 82 with 2 of them and with only one it cooled it to about 87. the trick is to not put an intake fan but rather just make your exhaust fan a lil more powerful. so that way it is a preasure pull not a straight air sucking though fan.)
Okay guys after some toying around with the tent cab with some fans got a steady day temp of 85 that just with a box fan up top hanging by the reflector with the side vent open pushing the heat off the bulb. And down low is a 12 inch desk fan blowing at a 45" angle. Now when i turn on the 6 inch inline which i have set up to extract air out the top of the cab temps drop to 78 so were good for now ill take pics today=)
okay here are a couple of pics of the two setups.... only thing is the flower room is being used right now 11 days into flower on my Vanilla Kush female shes under my old 150 but I have a shot of the 400 for u guys it's on the floor but no need till the batch of 5 come out of the veg tent soooooo how's it look...... btw I suck at taking pictures!!!!

Okay gonna run into problem 2 please help. So im worried about the temps in the garage when the lights go out. Sense they are seedlings on 18/6 when the lights go out will the coldness kill them. It shouldn't get past 50f but im not sure till lights go out the low is 46 for tonight kinda need some help...... any ideas
Well i am gonna have to do some thinking about this one. I don't want to go 24/7 considering the amount of power at hand... plus seedlings need to get some dark time. I am gonna try the heater idea and hope that works. If anything i can just bring them in before lights go off at 2 am.
Quick update: Eveything is going as planned. All seedlings will be 1 week old today. Looking at them 2 of them are a day behind in growth but no biggy, considering we got 3to4 months ahead of us. We shall see how things go. I did run into a little problem on my vanilla kush that's in flower out of nowhere i started seeing the lower leaves turn yellow and die at a fast rate. Figured some type of N problem leading to lock out. So only being 2 weeks into flower i pulled her out earlier today and flushed her good, and made a fresh batch of feeding. Put her back under light for 5 hrs and let her dry out a little before giving a half of the batch i made to perk her back up. We shall see how she bounces back. I hope she does...... well thanks guys some fresh pics coming soon. 1 question for u guys, so the kush is under a 150 hps because i don't see the need Of putting up the 400 till the others are ready. Do u think ill get by with the 150? I was used to the 250. What u guys think,.........? Thanks GC for riding this 1 with me......
