I agree with Makizushi. If I ever make another rubbermaid I'll use that damn tape. My mylar blows all over the place and I have wires running every which way. You run a real clean setup.

I spent years of my life running wires and cables, so I've learned that a little cable management goes a long way. I actually think that my 12V wires should be cleaned up a lot.

The biggest reason I maintain the temperature so well, is because the intake are is <65*F.

I'm going to build a 2nd box this weekend for clones/veg. I'm thinking about going with a few layers of Krylon Fusion Flat White paint, then using spray adhesive on Reflextiv. All that taping took forever to finish so it was light proof. If you're going to do the tape route, spend the cash for the better tape. Get tape at least 3" wide. If you can find it, use UL181a foil tape.

No picture update this morning. I grabbed my camera, put on the knee pads, crawl into the crawl space, and get set to take a few pics. Then the battery in my camera dies.

The update is she's looking less yellow. I have also germ'd a 2nd seed for my next rubbermaid grow box that I'll build today. She's going to be a fun plant, I can tell. She took only 56 hours to produce a tap root (and that sucker was twice as long and thick as plant #1). Well today she sprouted! That only took 24 hours. I better head out for supplies.

hey bro i really like your ventilation system, it looks way good and affordable! if you dont mind me asking, where did you pick up those little carbon filter pads or whatever they are? i am definatly sticking around to see how your baby turns out, best of luck!

Thats a great plan right there. I'm tuned in to see how that works out.

One of mine looks kind of like that too. It had a hard time getting rid of the membrane inside the shell and it stunted the growth a bit.

I'm keeping the positive attitude flowing in my head for both of them. They'll be just fine.

Uh...does she look ok to you guys? I gave her about 8 oz of water this morning. To me it looks like she got a little worse between this morning and now.

I'm no expert though; probably nutes if not heat.

Could be anything from pH to nutes I'd go to the sick plant forum.

Ok yeah that's the best way for results...also if you're feeding her nutes, she's likely burning up. I figure you already know that but just making sure.

Also if you're spraying her with Neem Oil or something like that to kill stuff it can actually amplify the light intensity and burn the plant that way too.

No nutes yet at all. The leaves were a little wet after I watered this morning, no neem oil either.. I just looked at the potassium deficenicy pics. Holy shit, it sure does look just like that.

I guess mixing up a batch of 1/2 strength Fox Farm Grow Big in a gallon of distilled water couldn't hurt.
