First Grow!! m2 (250wHPs/MH, UVB, Scrog/SOG)

So finally!, time is closing in and very soon i will be able to begin my first grow! I still have lots of work to do but i figure ill be impatient and let you guys in on what im workin with. I got approx a Meter square (3ftx3ft) area to scrog/sog out. I will be using a 250watt Mini 2-way Hps/MH, 1 Exo-terra 26w 2.0 UVB Bulb to simulate the sun along with 1 Exo-terra 26w 5.0 to give off extra UVB rays and together make the ultimate sun simulation (Both not to expensive 15$ each at local pet store and last approx a year) I will also be buying a Co2 Bucket seeing as this will be a stealth grow and i my ventilation system might not be as good as i would like it to be as i need to find the best method to stay stealthy and vent my area (you will see in the pics below) My medium and nute product will be of the BIOCANNA line and stay as organic as possible (will add PK13-14 to my nutes for the generous bud boost it offers ) so other then that it will be ur basic Grow (humidity/temp controls, sog/scrog yadda yadda just cant wait to start check out the begining of the fun below )

heres the pics, there from my a shitty camera so hopefully they come out ok, By the way i will be re-opening this area once my home is done as u can see i compounded it to make it seem as if that was the back of the wall until i can find out a legitimate DOOR Idea (IDEAS ARE WELCOME HERE! )

10.0 is the way to go for UVB.. you want the "desert lamp" so you get the high altitude effects

Aye, I am using the reptisun 10.0 UVB bulbs in my grow, they seem to be fine.

cant wait, Just hoping with the ventilation i will be using can keep the temps down enough. i will update ideas as i come up with them from time to time right now im thinking a basic 6" Inline Fan going thru a 4X12 activated carbon scrubber, And an intake vent. Oscilating fan inside the room. c02 Bucket. The Fan and Intake vent will have to be on the same wall and approx the same hieght ( Need some info if anyone has attempted anything like this) The room is H 42"x W 28" and the actual grow spot is 18" Deep (9" Deep on lower level where i will place carbon scrubber for space issues) I also need to come up with an initial idea for a door that can be placed on the 2" frame but needs to be sturdy yet as stealthy as possible, will probably do some sort of molding and weatherstrip and im thinking of a magnetic "push to open" kind of thing, maybe with the most "lightweight" type of hydraulic pumps to open it with? not sure how much those would cost but i can look into something like that. anyways any ideas are welcome and people who have rooms set up like his any tips for temp conrol will be great .

OK sooo, i started a lil grow area i am doing it to plant a few Mandala Hashberry seeds, since they are not fem im gonna need to determine a female and make it the mother for when my main area is done. I cant wait so here's a couple pics of wat i got lying around. by the way i just germinated the seeds tonight, im waiting for the taproot b4 i plant them.

blazed, forgot the pics.... i need to do some sort of ventilation in here but i dont want to cut thru my fabric thats wrapped around the base. would an oscilating fan in there work? im really only trying to grow these to get mothers and hopefully get a female so im not worried about quality n wat not i just need to keep them alive.

i see ur going to be using 2 uvb's i am going to do the same, get 2 10.0's and a 2.0 for the different spectrum, so technically 3 of them. ill be pushing 325 watts that way too

ok so bought an oscilating fan today for a car, i can throw it in the room if need be, either way ill be needing one eventually. What would one suggest for ventilation in this area? like i said in the previous statements i am only lookin to find a female to clone from, just trying to keep her alive for a while. do i need the temp and humidity to be right on as if i were growing to yeild?

yes i watched it, i think its page 127 but i forget. im stickin with the 2 26w 10.0UVB exo terra lights and the 1 26w 2.0UVB exo terra lamp for the extra spectrum so 3 altogether adding 78w to my inital 250, so ill be pushin a lil over 300 in approx a 3'x3' space.

ok so i figure out my oscilating car fan has the 12 volt adapter! what was i thinking, i just seen the size of the fan and thought perfect.. so anyways im like fuck it right.. get a cord that plugs into the wall and start cuttin away, attach the fan to the cord. there were no negative / positive signs of wire on the fan so i figured ok ill just attach it and see wat happens, BOOM thing blows up and catches fire.. lol so that enof with the electrical customizations for me, time to get a new fan.
