| Re: Myles' summer of madness! HPS is staying in storage on this run. Between the heat issue (third floor attic) and the fact that I have as many t5s around as I do, I am just gunna stick to those. The t5s, when plants are kept fairly short I have results easily as good as with the HPS. The light distribution is untouchable since the light comes down from all sides and direction instead of one central spot where all the light comes from. Enough ranting though hahaha. The buds will hopefully look like they were grown under a HPS |

So, so nice. The day I can get my vegged plants to look this nice will be the day I know I got my shit together. A true inspiration to veg'ers everywhere. Have you flowered out with Flouros before? I'm kinda surprised that you aren't running cool tubes or reflectors so you can put in the HIDs. Now bring on the flip.....

![]() ![]() Thanks to both of ya. Im so dam excited bout havin all these strains flowering atthe same time. Just like the old days with my old garden. Cept no HPS which is fine by me.Quote:
All you need is good lighting, good ventilation, give the roots enough room to grow and a good feeding schedule that fulfills the needs of each of your girls. I have flowered with Flouros but they were high output t5s not t8's or t10's. The t5s are a few steps up from the low intensity flouros. These bitches are fucking bright!!! If I put in my HPS in, heat will be an issue I'll be fightin witjh all summer. Check out the first 5 or so pages of my journal the flowering room at that time was all t5. I had ten four foot bulbs in there as I will with this run. These plants are bein flowered much shorter then the plants earlier. This gives me hope that they will work even better. ![]() Thanks for stoppin by man. | ||
