Due to the fact that the DWC plant I wanted to start this journal with turned out to be a male, I am unable to start this as a hydroponic journal, but I don't think you guys will mind watching the 8 week flower for another round of this Lemon Skunk x Diesel. Got a buddy who is moving out of his apartment in a month, and had two of these girls left from when I flowered my first one... ya, since that first girl they got HUGE. Good thing I ordered that 4x4 and the 400w HPS.
Unfortunately I was only able to keep one due to.... newbish reasons.
So I've never really transplanted a plant before... and since the two girls are soil they were insanely root bound, to the point of impending doom. So I went out, bought the soil for us to transplant them from 10 gal containers to 15, and we broke the root mass on one of them pretty good. It wasn't too healthy to begin with, but I would have liked to have two big plants.
So now I am down to one plant that I need to take out of some very bad shock... some parts light burned, others light deficient, not to mention how stressed it is from being root bound. Gave it some nice roots organic soil (GREAT stuff) and a healthy amount of nute water. Guess we will see how she recovers.
Also, the girlfriend and I recently picked up a kitten who may occasionally appear hiding in a picture. Don't be distracted by her appearance of innocence; she is satan. And her name is Oreo.
Welcome, and I hope you stay a while. I tend to do some slightly entertaining things, so you might like it here.
Now here's some pictures of the plant... and my construction zone.
